The Department of Medicine IT Services group provides fee-based network support. Fees are charged based on level of account support. Full accounts include use of Outlook as a mail management tool, data backup, storage and software updates.

University of Washington IT

IT Connect is the University of Washington's IT unit. This group provides general campus support with a focus on teaching activities. IT Connect provides only the most basic IT support to staff/faculty/post-doctoral fellows.
