UW Medicine (patient Care)

UW Medicine is Washington’s only health system that directly connects care with a top-rated medical school and an internationally recognized research center.

Verification of education

The Office of the University Registrar generates enrollment verification certificates through the National Student Clearinghouse.

Verification of Internal Medicine Residency Training

For verifications of your residency training in our program, send requests to Verification of any other training including fellowship or other residency training must be send directly to that program.

Verification of employment

The University of Washington Integrated Service Center (ISC) handles employment verification requests. 


Office of Medical Staff Appointments

The Office of Medical Staff Appointments is responsible for the credentialing and privileging of all medical staff for UW Medicine Facilities, including UW Medical Center Montlake, UW Medical Center Northwest, Harborview Medical Center, UW Medicine Primary Care and Fred Hutch Cancer Center.



Opportunities for clinical and/or research observerships for visiting medical personnel are available.

Willed Body Program
