Who we are

The Department of Medicine (DOM) is a passionate and diverse community consisting of over 2,000 faculty, staff and trainees dedicated to excellence in research, medical education and patient care. 

Our central department team supports the activities and personnel of our 11 divisions, each consisting of faculty and staff focused on research, education and clinical endeavors.

We have over 100 active faculty recruitments and approximately 30 active staff recruitments at all times.

This position will manage grants and contracts for the Divisions of Rheumatology and Medical Genetics (pre- and post- award activities).  As an essential member of the research administration team, this position works directly with award sponsors, scientific collaborators and University offices, representing the Division.

Grants And Contracts Manager

The Division of Nephrology has an excellent opportunity for a Program Operations Specialist (working title Grants and Contracts Manager) to join their mission-focused, collaborative team.

This position manages their own portfolio of grants and contracts supporting the clinical, translational, and basic science research programs in the Division of Nephrology, including the Kidney Research Institute (KRI).
