The Department of Medicine (DOM) is a passionate and diverse community consisting of over 2,000 faculty, staff and trainees dedicated to excellence in research, medical education and patient care.
Our central department team supports the activities and personnel of our 11 divisions, each consisting of faculty and staff focused on research, education and clinical endeavors.
We have over 100 active faculty recruitments and approximately 30 active staff recruitments at all times.

Clinical Schedule and Compliance Analyst
The Department of Medicine has an outstanding opportunity for a full-time Clinical Schedule and Compliance Analyst to join our Internal Medicine Residency team.
The Clinical Schedule and Compliance Analyst is responsible for managing and engineering complex clinical rotation schedules for 175+ residents across 32 facilities in the Seattle and the WWAMI region, overseeing ongoing required compliance for the program and various sites, administering finance and billing aspects related to training site/time distribution and stipend allocations, and handling various aspects of accreditation.
