Who we are

The Department of Medicine (DOM) is a passionate and diverse community consisting of over 2,000 faculty, staff and trainees dedicated to excellence in research, medical education and patient care. 

Our central department team supports the activities and personnel of our 11 divisions, each consisting of faculty and staff focused on research, education and clinical endeavors.

We have over 100 active faculty recruitments and approximately 30 active staff recruitments at all times.

We average approximately 30 open staff positions at any given time. Featured here is a snapshot of current openings. 

Research Administrator

The Research Administrator will be responsible for independently providing the Department of Medicine’s 11 divisions with assistance in managing research grant and contract proposals with special emphasis on larger award mechanisms such as NIH cooperative agreements, program projects and institutional training grants. 

This position will also work independently to review and approve grant/contract proposals and other sponsored research documents ensuring compliance and conformance with institutional and sponsoring agency policies and regulations.
