The University of Washington School of Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of 20 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity (each session is 1 credit).
Grand Rounds is currently only offered via zoom. To receive CME credit you must please use your @uw.edu email address. If using other email address, please be sure to sign in with the same email address for each session. Participation is tracked via the Zoom attendance records.
No registration required. Attendance will be tracked via Zoom for each session. Individuals interested in claiming CME credit, can do so at the end of the series. Please make sure you are on the mailing list to receive all important CME updates.
Objectives
Medicine Grand Rounds plays a significant role in the continuing education of the Department of Medicine faculty, residents, trainees, and the community at large. Medicine Grand Rounds aims to bring our audience the most contemporary speakers to inform and suggest new ideas and concepts in different areas of Medicine.
Upon completion of each presentation, attendees should be able to:
- Provide a brief review of new developments and keep up-to-date on current changes in the various disciplines of medicine.
- Present new concepts in these disciplines.
- Stimulate curiosity, excitement, and respectful exchange of ideas.
