The DEI Champions Guide provides a framework for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Champions to effectively engage with and support DEI initiatives within the Department of Medicine.
Our DEI Champions work collaboratively with Department of Medicine DEI leadership, Diversity Council, strategic plan workgroups, division leadership, division search committees, and division staff, faculty and trainees to ensure that equity and inclusion are considered in all aspects of the organization.
